Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. will host their upcoming employee Health & Wellness Fair in Minneapolis, MN.
The purpose of the Health & Wellness Fair is to provide OD employees with tools and resources to support wellness initiatives that help employees drive their health forward through internal efforts and community partners.
Wellness vendors will provide educational and wellness resources for OD employees to help them lead a healthy lifestyle.
This event’s focus will be on the following Pillars of Health:
Mental Health Pillar – Ex. Mental health providers, yoga studios, chair massage.
Physical Health – Ex. Health food stores/local grocery stores, local gyms or fitness studios, chiropractors, healthcare providers
Social Health Pillar – Ex. Local recreation/civic centers, eldercare, home preparedness
